| Krista's Rebel Salon is a reliable service every time. I'm always greeted as a friend by name, which goes a long way in today's market place. I've always been a bit picky about my hair, but they get it right every time, and I always feel great when leaving. The location is accessible, hip, and the pricing is appropriate for the level of service and quality. Support a great locally owned business. |

| I have visited many hair salons in Knoxville, and this one doesn't even compare. The decor is fun and hip, as well as the stylists. The vibe is laid back and I felt like I was just hanging out with my girlfriends. The owner, Krista, does my hair and I absolutely love it every time. Her prices are very reasonable in comparison to most local salons. I highly recommend it and I will never go anywhere else! |

| I would not recommend this place at all. I visited once and that was enough. I can honestly say that this salon is run very badly. I waited for a very long time for my appointment because the owner double booked my stylist. Another stylist had left weeks ago leaving other clients with no stylist. Did they ever think to call the people that were booked with the stylist that left and reschedule them so that the clients are not inconvenienced? I received no apologies for wasting an extra hour of my time. My services were also so-so and nothing to go back for. It was not the relaxing enviornment it pretends to be. I left stressed and late for a get together with friends. |
