Annoying management

I decided to treat myself to a relaxing manicure and pedicure. Well I didn't get it! The manager was there barking orders and looking over my shoulder the whole time. Not relaxing at all and not worth the money! |

| This was the greatest experience at a spa I have ever had. These people were absolutely professional and it was the best pedicure and solar nails I have ever had. I recommend this salon to anyone. I guarantee no one will be disappointed! |
Worst Nail Experience EVER

I ad let a little too much time go between getting my nails done. Going to my normal salon was not an option, so I pulled into the shopping center where Hollywood Nails was. A gentleman sat at a laptop and rose to greet me. He asked what I wanted and I told him that I wanted a fill. He called a woman from the back and asked if I wanted anything. I told him that I would like a Diet Coke. He left to get my beverage while the nail tech appeared from the back. Without so much as a hello, she began to spread towels across the granite surface. Because I was unable to get a fill done, I had clipped my nails down myself, and they looked ragged and jagged. The nail tech grabbed my hands and started asking what shape did I want my nails in. Before I could answer, she told me how awful that my nails looked. I was a little taken aback, but I was dressed in a business suit, looked and smelled nice, and she was talking to me like a was a bad child. Soon, she began to go to work on my nails, and she was VERY rough. She jerked my arms and hands around. When I took a work call, she seemed irritated, and showed her irritation by pulling me forward, with a strong force. She did not speak to me at all when I was not on the phone. She nicked my fingers, my nails, and my nail beds. Even though I had the nails done over 24 hours ago, my fingers and fingertips still ache, and the nails look like major amateur work. Want to know the best part? The FILL was 28.00, and that included some 20 percent Grand Opening Discount. The nails are awful. They are thick, they are not the shape I wanted, and when the guy was in the room, he was talking football with one of his buddies. If I wanted that as my spa experience, I could have stayed at home. Hollywood Nails, this reviewer gives you a Two Thumbs Down. Especially in these economic times. |
