Forever a Richard client

| It is very exciting to be able to share my experience as a client of Richards for the past 42 years. I first met Richard when he graduated hairdresing school and was working at a salon in New Haven. As time passed he opened his own salon in East Haven and I followed him there. He did my hair at the time I met my husband (41 years ago) and for my wedding. As time went on we had three children and he gave each one of them their first haircut. Now as a grandmother our grandchildren have also been to his salon...thought I'd start them young!! When Richard moved to Hamden I was delighted since it was so much closer to my home. This salon is most beautiful. It is immaculate, bright, pleasant to the eye and arrangements of fresh flowers are everywhere. The staff is the best. From the pleasant greeting you receive when you arrive to the time you see your stylist you feel welcomed and relazed. Richard has come a long way since graduating hairdressing school to his beautiful salon in Hamden. The most beautiful part of it is Richard. He has never changed.He is so non-assuming. He is still that woderful, caring person I remember from way back when. I am probably one on his oldest clients and very proud to say so. If you have not visited this salon....try it. It is a wonderful experience! Remember the one thing I am so happy to share with you is not only my experience at the salon but of how wonderful to know this great person.....Richard Penna.
